The Luxembourg Court of Appeal has recently handed down its Judgment in the claim brought by Herald against HSSL, a copy of an official English translated version is included in the ‘Creditor and Investor Information’ section of the website. Herald’s appeal relating to the restitution of securities and cash was upheld, and HSSL’s cross-appeal was dismissed. Primeo Fund is a creditor of Herald and entitled to around 30% of any recovery made by Herald.
